Thermostats — Programmable or non-programmable?

For me and my home it will always be programmable. The newer programmable thermostats on the market today are very user friendly. Why should you pay to condition the air when you are not home. Filters

Which filters should I use and how often should I change them are the two most common question I receive.  The quick answer is pleated filters and change them every month.   The spun fiberglass filters do not trap the dust and particulate.  They will re-circulate the dust in your house and fill your system with dirt.  Spend an extra two dollars and buy pleated. Many of my customers with allergies love the allergen filters.
