Residential Service Contracts

Residential plans are very inexpensive. They start at $150 for the year and include a Spring and Fall Start up. We have a very basic outline of the service we perform. Click here to request a copy of the document and we will send it to you.

Commercial Refrigeration Service Contracts

Due to the complexity of the different size restaurants, we will need to visit your location to provide you an estimate. Your typical reach in cooler is charged with R134 freon.  This is a great freon for the environment,  however if your condenser coil is not properly cleaned,  the capillary lines will easily clog and potentially ruin a compressor.

Commercial HVAC Service Contracts

We will need to visit your location to decipher the level of service needed to bring your air conditioner back to the levels it was performing the day it was installed.  Dirty evaporator coils and condenser coils are the most common problems.

Ice Machine Cleaning Service Contracts

We break down the entire machine, we call it “Parade Rest”.  All of the interior components are taken apart and cleaned.  Stained water hoses are replaced.  The evaporator plate is cleaned with a solution that will remove the scale and deposits.  The condenser coil is cleaned.  The average machine will take 2-3 hours to properly clean. Depending on your location this service is generally performed twice a year.
